We are living in very difficult times at present with the COVID-19 situation and government advice is changing daily. We are now all being asked to stay at home unless we are key workers. We can exercise outdoors once a day and go out for essentials like medicine and groceries.

All non essential businesses are now closed. When we are out, we are advised to practise social distancing, meaning that we should stay at least 2m apart from others.

As of the 24th March, for the next few weeks at least, I will be working with all clients remotely using a range of options including Zoom.us, Skype, FaceTime and WhatsApp.

I hope that you and your families stay safe during the heightened period of the pandemic and that we begin to return to some sort of normality in the near future.
