 I understand that life can be difficult at times but that’s where I come in. I can support you at a point where you may be struggling for a variety of reasons. You may lack direction at present, be going through a stressful time at work or at home or you might be feeling down or anxious.

Location and access

I work from my office in Marryat Way in Bransgore. If you are coming by car, there is free off street parking. Nearest train stations are Hinton Admiral (2m) and Christchurch (3.5m). For further details and directions please Click Here.

I also offer remote sessions via Microsoft Teams for clients who prefer remote sessions or cannot make face to face sessions for whatever reason.

Your First Appointment

Your initial session and any subsequent sessions are 50 minutes. The sessions are for you to use in whatever way you wish. At the first session, I will want to hear a little about you and what you have come to see us for and we will usually agree on how we might work together, how often we would meet and how long we might meet for. 

Private Medical Insurance (PMI)

I am registered with all the UK health insurance companies including BUPA, AVIVA and AXA PPP. You should contact your Health Insurance company to determine if you are covered for Psychology, CBT, Psychotherapy or Counselling and to find out how you can access a psychologist. Most private medical insurance companies will allow you to contact an approved psychologist directly once they have authorised your sessions.

Fees & Payment

I take payment by Credit/Debit Card, cash, cheque or BACS. If your sessions are paid for by your health insurance company, I will invoice them directly.
